Saino Heritage Bungalow No. 3 was built in 1907 as a Gorkha officers' bungalow in British-era Takdah Cantonment and has been lovingly restored for today's guests. সাইনো হেরিটেজ বাংলো নং ৩ নির্মিত হয় ১৯০৭ সালে, ব্রিটিশ আমলের তাকদাহ ক্যান্টনমেন্টে গোরখা অফিসারদের বাংলো হিসেবে। আজ অতিথিদের জন্য এটি যত্নে পুনরুদ্ধার করা হয়েছে।

Cancellation by Saino সাইনোর পক্ষ থেকে বাতিল
If a booking is cancelled by Saino Heritage Bungalow, the full advance amount paid by the guest will be refunded. সাইনো হেরিটেজ বাংলোর পক্ষ থেকে কোনও কারণে বুকিং বাতিল করা হলে, অতিথির দেওয়া অগ্রিম অর্থ সম্পূর্ণ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

Cancellation by guest অতিথির পক্ষ থেকে বাতিল
If a booking is cancelled by the guest or party, the advance amount is non-refundable. অতিথি বা দলের পক্ষ থেকে বুকিং বাতিল করা হলে, অগ্রিম অর্থ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

One postponement allowed একবার তারিখ পরিবর্তনের সুযোগ
The booking may be postponed once to a date within one year of the original check-in date, subject to room availability. কক্ষের প্রাপ্যতা সাপেক্ষে, মূল চেক-ইন তারিখ থেকে এক বছরের মধ্যে একবার বুকিংয়ের তারিখ পরিবর্তন করা যাবে।

Confirming the revised dates পরিবর্তিত বুকিং নিশ্চিতকরণ
To confirm the postponed booking, the remaining room rent must be paid at the rates applicable for the revised dates, if there has been any change in tariff. পরিবর্তিত তারিখের বুকিং নিশ্চিত করতে, প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে সেই সময়ের সংশোধিত রেট অনুযায়ী বাকি কক্ষভাড়া জমা দিতে হবে।
